The Passenger Endorsement is for those who also want a bus license.  The P1 endorsement is required for drivers to operate vehicles designed to carry 16 or more persons (including the driver), and weighing over 26,000 lbs.

In addition, you can opt to train and test for the School Bus Endorsement.  This endorsement is required for drivers who operate school buses to transport students to and from school and for school sponsored events.  (A passenger endorsement is also required for a school bus endorsement to be valid.)

We want our graduates to have as many of the CDL endorsements as possible so that no job is out of reach. If you wish to qualify for even more jobs, you have the option of taking the Passenger (P1) and/or School Bus (S) test. This way, you graduate with both your truck and bus license.
