Enrollment Requirements

Valid Washington State Driver's License
Valid Social Security Card (work authorization)
Pass the DOT Physical and Drug Screen
Copy of 5 Year Driving Abstract from Dept of Licensing

Enrollment Information. Contact the Admissions Office at (253) 983-0200 or toll free at 1-888-558-7120. To enroll, stop by our office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or make an appointment for after hours.

Hazardous Materials Endorsement.The hazardous materials endorsement now requires fingerprinting and a complete background check through the Transportation and Security Administration (The Patriot Act). This endorsement ensures that a new driver is eligible for all commercial driving employment opportunities. There is a fee of $89.25 payable to IBT for the fingerprinting.
